hey y'all. Hope someone can answer this one... I racked my meads back in early May and I left a couple inches of head space in the carboys. I got home from Peru the other day and noticed that all three of the meads are full up to the bung. The Ginger Peach even had some yuck in the air lock...

a couple of hours I guess. it was very steep, but not technical in the sense of mountain climbing... just astrenuous hike.Well worth the views though!

well, I've been lurking cause it's during work hours so I read a minute here and there and, until now, I have not had a good connection in the evenings. I signed a lease on an apartment in Lima and I've been here since early May and won't be back in the States until July 1. That means no wine...
