The shape and size of the glass you drink out of makes a big difference there are certain glasses for certain wines fi you wouldn't drink champagne out of an all purpose wine glass (you would loose all the fizz sort to speak) or drink brandy from a rocks glass you would loose the nose...
Was this from a kit or fresh fruit? Sounds like you missed an addition of k-meta. And sorbate if you back sweetened at all and de-gassing. Sorry just noticed you had written juice. Did you add meta after the initial addition?

Yep I did. Split in half and got it degassed but now I have a different problem my filters to the buon vino mini jet smelled like dish soap I opened 2 different packs too! Didn't notice the smell until I filtered I usually use k meta mix I thought that's what the lemon must make them smell like...
