Gonna try to make a Christmas mull wine with some Chilean red wine I made. Any good recipes anybody tried? Was wondering if a monk fruit type sweetener would work in this instead of sugar?
Thinking about using a corker instead of the T caps I been getting from eckraus to bottle my wine( have not had a problem with wine going bad)Figured I may want to do this since some of these wines will be aging more than a year. Seen 2 different sizes a 38mm and 45mm. Wish would be best to use?
Recipe calling for 18 pounds of strawberries .for 5 gallons. Is it best to blend them up or just mash them? Also would if you blend ,do you need less berries? THANKS!!!!!!
Doing a Connoisseur kit for Shiraz and white zinf. Really wondering if these wines will be low alcohol content because of not adding sugar at the beginning. Does anybody know what % you are getting with these kits? THANKS!!!
