I have had my strawberry wine in the bottles since july of this year and I pulled one out the other day and there was sediment in the bottom of the bottle. I racked it like three times before I bottled it and I thought it was good.. I didn't use fining solution. What should I do?
It was all done fermenting with a SG of about 1.000 so it was as dry as it was going to get. Im going to let it age in the bottles. I didnthave the room for bulk aging, I needed the carboy! Lol
I just thought I would share with you guys my first batch of Strawberry Wine that I made. I took me about a month and a half to get it there but its done now and taste really good. Im really looking forward to starting my next batch. Cheers
Awsome..... I just looked at the bucket that I fermnted it in. Aluminum... And its REALLY REALLY clean where the wine level was, which tells me that the acids in the wine reacted with the bucket and now it's probly ruined. Is there any possible way to save this???
