    Yes, that’s exactly what I did. I marked all my fermenters with permanent markers. I’m not making this mistake again. I ended up ordering the same kit again and put the two kits together. Thanks

    Limited Release Private Reserve Bruno Wine Kit Winexpert it comes with RC 212 and EC1118.

    The Winexpert Bruno kit has 2 yeast. It has RC 212 and EC1118 I was planning on switching out for BM 4 X 4. Do I need 2 yeasts?

    I ordered the kit today so im thinking 5 days before it gets here. I can either keep it at around 40 degrees for the five days or freeze it.

    I actually added more than 1 liter too much more like 4. I already order another kit. Can I just keep what I have mixed up and cold till the kit arrives? Or would it be better to freeze it?

    I mistakenly added 1 liter too much water to my RJS Pinto Grigio kit. Can I put that juice and water in the frig and order another kit and mix the two when I get the new kit? I need suggestions. Thank you!

    I’m sorry for your loss! I had a fire once that burnt down half of my house. It a lot of work to recover from. Make sure you write down all your losses while it’s fresh in your memory for the insurance company. Best of luck to you!

    Added 1118 on Monday and has gone down a little. I haven’t stirred, should I be stirring?

    I added the 1118 and the wine has stopped at 1.010. Any other suggestions on what I should do?
