Sampled my toasted Carmel port tonight clearing real good and taste is awesome no need to add brandy to this warms ya right up oh and did I mention taste awesome 2 weeks to bottle time
I need help with my lambrusco S.G. was 1.090 when I started this on 9/16 I racked it today 9/28 SG was .990 my wife wants it sweet the way lambrusco is supposed to be so what do I have to do to get it sweet. Simple syrup or sugar and how much thanks in advance for any and all help.
My Lambrusco bucket of juice arrived yesterday from California fermenting really good today. attached the heating pad to it . To get the temps up and make the yeast happy
