    I left my batch sit for 3 weeks and I didn't have any problems with fermentation start up. I am starting another batch of this while I'm typing this

    I need help with my lambrusco S.G. was 1.090 when I started this on 9/16 I racked it today 9/28 SG was .990 my wife wants it sweet the way lambrusco is supposed to be so what do I have to do to get it sweet. Simple syrup or sugar and how much thanks in advance for any and all help.

    Peach juice added to taste to the shine or ever clear no spices. On the apple one I added Carmel syrup to a few bottles. Made for a nice addition.

    My Lambrusco bucket of juice arrived yesterday from California fermenting really good today. attached the heating pad to it . To get the temps up and make the yeast happy

    Hiay from NE Pennsylvania starting my toasted Carmel Port kit in a few minutes but first I have to add the stabilizing and clearing packets to a Spanish Rioja kit.
