ahhh i see what you mean, ok, I will leave them in the Carboy for now then. I have a Black Currant batch and a Peach batch, currently that have to age and i started a mystery batch about 2 weeks ago.

Yesterday i back sweetened a batch of Strawberry Wine. it taste awesome. i'm unsure of how long i should actually let it sit before i can bottle it. I have read several different times, and am wondering what you guys do typically?

so does anyone have any good methods of straining their wine when racking from one carboy to the other? I currently use cheese cloth, but I need to get this sediment off the bottom.

Hello, I am new to wine making. Just racked a batch of Strawberry Wine to my secondary fermentation. SG was at 1.0. My airlock is bubbling. Is this normal? I don't want to lose this batch! Thanks Pam
