Do you think its too late to order? I would love to try a batch using fresh grapes but have no idea where to purchase them from. Who are you buying from that ships? The picture of those grapes looks amazing!

Jericurl I made a similar batch (without the cranberry) back a few months ago. It is in bulk storage and I cant wait for the 6 month mark to try it! When I racked it I did try it and it was sharp so I'm letting it age .... patiently [emoji15]. Well maybe not really patiently!! Lol

I have this kit in my carboy and am on step 3 in a few days. Waiting for it to be below 0.098 and am right at 1.000 now. I hope this kit turns out decent as this is my first kit as well. Good luck! I plan on oaking when I bulk age with some spirals I bought - not sure how many to put in though .
Has anyone here made this? I am going to start this with a few tweaks. Prefer to use all honey and no brown sugar which I'm sure may change the flavor profile. I was under the impression that a cyser was fruit juice and honey. It looks like it would be yummy!
My batch of mead is now at 1.050 and I fed it for the last time. Seems to be going well so far ..... Stir daily now until 1.020 and rack off gross lees? Or wait til dry to rack ... I see different thoughts on this part - thoughts?
