I want to make a Pino Gris. Which kit is the best?

Merry Chrismas everyone. My son gave me a botle of Amarone. That is now my favorite wine. I have to get a kit started soon. I cannot afford to buy it.

Test driving a new toy. I am having a hard time making this decision.

I bottled the Pino last night. I got 28 and 1/2 bottles. You can imagine what happened to the half bottle. It was great. It cleared up great and tasted really good. I will have to drink some more this weekend to make sure that it is as good as originally thought it was. Ready to start a new kit...

I had never thought about decanting. If it last that long I always prefer the taste of a wine after the bottle has been opened for a day.

I have a batch of Pino Grigio that I am getting ready to bottle. I have two questions. I will not batch age because I plan to give away a few bottles for Christmas. How long should this wine age in the bottle before I drink it? How long will it keep in the bottles after it is bottled?

I could probably get 2 cases of bottles in the saddle bags and trunk. If I did not have a passenger I could put another case in the passenger seat. So I could possibly haul 3 cases of wine/bottles. I did not make to the store today. I got sidetracked. I was afraid that might happen. Anglel...

I am headed to the Wine Makers Toy store. I am in need of bottles. If I can get there without my wife...who knows what I might come home with.
