    Shrink Wrap problem!!!

    NEVERMIND I JUST READ THE THREAD BELOW WITH THE SAME QUESTION! I am doing this using my tea kettle. But it seems to take a minute or two for the wrapper to srink up and it is getting bubbles in it. Could some one tell me in detail how to do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edited by: eduk8or

    WineXpert Help with Specific Gravity?!?!?!

    I just bottled the Blackberry Cabernet Island Mist wine. I did my specific gravity readings at the beginning and the end of my process. The first reading was 1.051 and the final was 1.16 So what is my alcohol content???

    Belknap is the name of the street that I live on. I decided to use that name for our label because it is an interesting name! I will be moving to Florida in a few months, so i will have to think of a new name. Something tropical. If anyone has any ideas, let me know!

    WineXpert Uh Oh! Is this Normal?!?!?!?!

    I realized that I used a fermenting bucket for beer instead of wine, so it is a bit smaller. It is filledabout 1 inch from the top.
