I find that if you use the grape packs with less costly kits it adds a good deal more body

It would be the same as a grape pack you get with some of the reds

Hey. I'm getting ready to start a Vinifera kit wine ( gewurztraminer ) and I'd like to beef it up with rasins. I realize they should be white and if I get them bulk what do I have to do before I use them?

I've been making kit wines since 1992 and it's nice to see there's a forum now to talk and trade info.

Heyya, just joined and will admit to not being very computer literate but can I ask if anyone else uses the kit grape skins more then once?
