Hi folks, Oz here. Been a beer brewer for many years and, as I moved to the Upstate NY area about a year ago, started making wine from juices from the local wineries - working well so far. Just got into berry season, so going for strawberry and blackberry wines now (question posted in beginner forums on this). Nice to be on board. I'll drop some recipes and ideas for the area (I work pt at a winery and know a few of the local owners).
