Has anyone made a lilac wine or mead with an enjoyable finished taste? I've read older posts about taste, odor and color undergoing dramatic changes throughout brewing and aging but im curious as to what a "good" lilac wine tastes like. Is it worth the time and effort?
i got every underlying condition plus a tracheostomy,, , since my health no longer allows me to pick my own i but mine from homewinery.com, i buy 3 of which ever concentrate then i make 2 -6 6allon carboys and a extra 3 gallons which i airlock in gallon jugs,half gallon jugs and clear wine bottles, that way all my top offs i use the same wines to top off with contact me anytime you need,
i took for granted eye site, all my life my left eye was 5 and my right eye was 10, my mini i'm still waiting for, that is being taken to match grade will be my first gun after all these years without sites, optics only, all my other that have optics has sites either as backup, or see thru mounts, but age is catching up,, i feel blind yet they say my vision is now 20/20
