I have a batch of Wine Expert White Zinfandel (Selection Original Series) that I am about to bottle.

I added the F-Pack (sweetner), sorbate, and potassium metabisulfite, around November 10. Since then it has been in a carboy, topped off to the neck, sitting in a closet.

I have no way to measure sulfite levels or sorbate levels.

Should I make any sulfite or sorbate additions prior to bottling?

(Some of the wine might be drunk soon. Some might sit for few months.)

No, that amount of Sulfite will take care of you as long as it was topped up. Your good to go as long as it is clear.
