yeast problem

say I take a mix of a !00% juice which containsapple, grape, cherryand orange from the concentrate and it also contained lactate, citric acid, ascorbic acid, Vitamon E and palmitate with 5 Pounds of sugar and 2 packs of yeast and when it all went together the yeast didn't foam up and kinda clumped clumped together on top, what would that mean?:)
 
How long has it been and what kind of yeast did you use? What was the starting sg? yeast will congregate like that when added but after 3 days i would then start to worry if no signs of fermentation. It will not always foam up depending on teast used and what you are fermenting. What i the temp of the must?
