Hi all.How much yeast nutient should i add for a gallon recipe? And shiuld i add bentonnite if so how much? Thank yoy

Look at the label all should have it. For nutrient I use 1 tsp per gal

I go with Tom, all the packages I have bought say 1 tsp/gal. Yeast nutrient is pretty important in wine making, I am surprised how many recipes I have seen that don't include it. There may be wines out there where it isn't necessary, but I haven't made any of those.

I may be wrong, but from what I know, I don't see any harm in adding it to any wine recipe? Anyone?

Thanks yall. I didnt see it before i asked then went back and looked and there it was.Need to clean my glasses.
