Hi there !

As far as I know , the main ingredient of the yeast nutrient is DAP ( di-Ammonium hydrogen Phosphate ) .

Unfortunately , there's no Wine supply Store in my Country and I can't buy any yeast nutrient , BUT there is a

Company in my Country that acts as a distributor of a German chemical Company and would sell Pure DAP to

me .

Can I use Pure DAP as the yeast nutrient in my Wine batch ?!

If yes , How much ?

Hector

Im sorry I don have an answer for you on that but you coul use 1 multivitamin per 6 gallon batch as it will replace most of what your wine is missing.
