A fellow noobie winemaker that I work with had an issue this weekend. She started a Cellar Craft Chardonnay Semillion 16L kit, and found out that after pitching the yeast, her primary started to leak. She panicked
thinking that she lost yeast while the bucket was leaking, and added some bakers yeast. Can any of the membership explain what they think some of the repercussions could be? Thanks
