Okay, I give up, Ive never heard of this. Ive had to do it a few times when I was to drunk to walk though!

at the top right of the thread there's two black and white arrows in boxes. one pointing up and one pointing down.

you can either add 1 or take 1 away. for what reason, i'm not sure. but it shows up down at the bottom of the home page for most popular threads...i dont think it actually affects the rating of the thread though........confused!!!!!
