Newbie here, growing some grapes in my small greenhouse in Texas. Is it better in the winter to let cold frost happen in greenhouse or to run heater to keep above freezing temperatures? Will grapevines go dormant either way? Thanks

hum, i had heard years ago, when young,, cough, that grow lights, say some at 5500 or bright daylight and some at 2500 or cool light, combined, would keep certain things from going to buds/dormant, ..cough,, by your ratio of light to dark, BETTER THAN 40 YEARS AGO, i use the same principle of time of light to dark ratio to trick my laying hens to laying year round, except for molt, as for what stress would do to the quality of your fruit i aint a clue, as for that long ago time the stress ran up whop of that um other stuff,
