Just sampled this wine after about 8 months of bulk aging. I just racked it off of the small amount of sediment at the bottom of the carboy. Going to mix in 1/4 tsp of k-meta, and transfer to another carboy in about a month, just before I bottle it.

This wine tastes excellent! Right up there with a decent quality $15 bottle of pinot from the store.
 
I will have to look back at my notes, but I don't think I made any tweaks. Mainly with a Pinot, I don't want to mess with the juice too much. It's easy to ruin a Pinot by using too much oak etc.
 
i just bottled mine at 12 months and its very nice. 6 more months and it will be even smoother
