Hey guys,

I really urge you to listen to the last episode of 'Uncorked' on

The episode has an interview with Sigrid Gertsen-Briand of Lallemand Yeast.
She has interesting information on yeast which of course interests us all :)

One of the things that interested me most was the fact that she told that most winemakers are afraid of oxygen during fermentation (afther the first 48 hours). But that this fear has come from the beer-brewers world and that a little oxygen during the first half of the fermentation process does not do any harm, and even can benefit the process.

A really fascinating interview
With interesting information also on nutrients, stuck fermentation etc.etc.
