What are your favorite types of wine?

I like big, dry, reds the best. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Amarone, the Super Tuscan blends, you get the picture. I like my wines so dry that when I cough a poof of dust comes out of my mouth. I am not a big fan of sweeter wines but can tolerate a few.

I always always opt for dry wines. A decent Sancerre does it for me on the whites everytime, fruitier lighter reds suit me in the Summer where as bigger bodied reds are more of a Winter drink for me.
