I am considering a WE Borolo based on some of the comments in this forum. Any suggestions on which one, and tips for fermentation would be welcome.

I would go straight for the Estate series Italian Barolo. I found the Original series Barolo to be a little thin. The Estate series is darn near black, very full bodied, and I think it's by far the best kit I've made so far. I started another right behind it.

I can't find a decent Barolo in a wine shop for less than $35 dollars. I've been using Malbec to top mine off with.

Did an 18 liter Ken Ridge Barolo last fall. Bottled in January....probably would have benefited from longer carboy aging but have no plans to try any of this anytime soon. We want it to age in the bottle.

Please suggest me flavored wine. I want to purchase it for my home wine
