Kind of a random question I started a mead and I am fermenting it straight into the carboy just so I can let it sit without having to worry about racking it right away and make sure it's completely secure from any fruit flies. The only issue is I had some yeast get stuck to the top of the carboy on the inside is it going to rot? Do I have to somehow find a way to try to wipe it off there?
