Wilko kit Cabernet

Just made a 6 bottle kit, followed the instructions but wine is a bit sweet, how can i remedy this , will time alter taste or is there something i have done wrong.

We need a bit more info to help you. What was the starting specific gravity (SG) and what is the current SG? Unless you start with a high SG (lots of sugar) the fermentation probably is not completed.

If you do not have a hydrometer, that makes diagnosis tougher, as the original and current SG are tremendously important. However, we may be able to help, anyway.
