White stuff at top of carboy

I made a 6 gallon patch of skeeter pee. Followed the recipe exactly. After primary I racked to another bucket, degassed, added potassium sorbate(2 1/2 tsp) and Kmeta(1/4 tsp). I added super kleer and then racked into a 6 gallon carboy. After a couple of days it cleared up but I have this white stuff at the top.It’s been about a week now. If I give the carboy a little shake, it floats around. some of it drops to the bottom and the rest float back up. What can this be? Do I give it more time to clear or do I need to rack it again and add more kmeta?

I'd probably stir it some and see if that stuff gets wet enough to incorporate or sink to the bottom. I'd try to stir gently enough to not disturb the lees on the bottom, but rough enough to get something to happen. and if the lees do get mixed in, they will fall out again.
