Can someone please tell me what this off white foam is with tiny bubbles on top of my Eclipse Chardonnay wine is. I've made probably 10 wine kits and this is the first I've ever seen of this. It's in secondary and I added the clearing and stabilizing chemicals 6 days ago.
In 3 days I was going to rack and let it sit a month till I bottle it.
Sorry I can't get a pic to up load on my phone.
Thank You for your help.

It's like a tiny layer of brownish bubbles on top of the wine.
Almost like brownish beer Krausen. Maybe it is just floating dead yeast.

it maybe flower of wine. I would rack it quickly and hit it with a double dose of k-meta. causes are ph to high, sanitizing, or to much air.

Well last night I went to transfer the wine Into another carboy and add the K-Meta but when I picked up the carboy almost half of the stuff on top sank to the bottom so maybe it was the CO2 lifting up floaties?? Anyhow it got mixed into the wine making it cloudy so now I'm letting it sit another day or two to clear and then I'll transfer.
