Tom, leave it to Dan to complain about his supply being "down" from all the competitions. He has so many ribbons you have to dig thru them to see his wine.

Haven't counted volume yet but after labeling the shelves I have 86 different kinds of wine. Yes a few are the skeeter pees but they are wine arn't they Lon?

My supply is down because of my wife.

6 gallons in a carboy. That's it.

:/ It's my first shot at making wine but it's pretty fun and I want to expand my hobby as much as I can. I've already drew up plans to build a wine shack in my backyard to house all my equipment and finished product as my basement is a little cramped.

I'd love to one day open my very own winery.
