thought i would start a new thread that carries over from the stinky peaches thread. thankfully no more stink and the larger carboy is clearing faster than the 1 gallon jug...i was checking/watching them this morning, airlock activity has slowed. as i was watching a little white thing jumps up from the bottom of the carboy to the surface (edge) and then drops back down. wt? i assume it's just sediment being carried up by c02, but man it looked like a little critter, lol. i haven't noticed this in the blueberry...

nothing to worry about. they don't drink much.;)
