So i have made wine from both kits and 'natural' ingredients. Kits are drinkable after a couple of months, the natural wines take far longer.
So what is it that is in the kit to make it mature so quickly? I guess there are additives in the grape concentrate, but what are they?
And what do the additives do? Make it ferment more quickly? Or something else?
