RJ Spagnols What to top RJS Verdicchio?

Looking for suggestions to top off
Verdicchio.

Something rather neutral, Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc, or go the other way, Riesling, Viognier? Also depends on how much you need to top off. If it’s a gallon needed for a 5g carboy I would probably stay neutral. I also like to blend, so me personally I would use the wines with distinctive character.

Pinot Grigio is what poppd into my mind (both are acidic). Or Sauv Blanc (as Verdicchio is known for citrus notes, as is SB).

I am liking the idea of blending.
