This is a raspberry wine in a 1 gallon carboy. It's SG is 1.010 and there was about an inch of lees (I have racked it to a new bottle).
Is this just elements of lees being carried up by bubbles, then when the bubble pops the "stuff" falls back down? What you see here has been happening continuously for days now. Just weird that it's always white and when I racked it and there was about a half-bottle left there were quite a few of these white "things" floating at the surface as the wine went down.
Is this normal? Thanks for any info.
[Added: Why does it give the option to upload video but then tells me that it doesn't accept video format files?]
