Personally, I hired an excavator to do the "one time" tasks of stump removal and planting and hole drilling, so did not need to consider such attachments when buying a vineyard tractor (e.g. I have never since needed a bucket or front loader attachment):
Also, most "modern" vineyards do in row tillage, and most of the tools for that require a good hydraulic system. The PTO is mostly for mowing and spraying attachments. So do consider both needs.
