vino blanc

we are down for 10 vino blanc vines for 2011 spring delivery. that gives me plenty of time to get our trellises up.
any specific advise on do's and don't's for trellises?
and does anyone else have vino blanc vines? and how are they doing?
(we also plan on adding some norton vines, but time frame depends on how many trellises i can get hubby to put up before spring)

Are those Vino Blanc or Vidal Blanc? The former is just "White Wine" while the second is an actual grape variety.

i hope they will be fun. hubby doesn't seem totally opposed, just reluctant. he is a tobacco farmer. i think it's interesting how grape growers turned to tobacco during prohibition and now some are turning back. funny how life is
