I didn't see any special instructions on storing, other than rinse with distilled water and allow to air dry. Should I be doing anything other than that?

Reagents? Should they be refrigerated? Do they need to be back at room temp before use?

I have the SC-300. The probes came in a small box with slits that hold each of the probes. I just put them back in that box.

I do refrigerate all the liquids and use them cold. I haven't really noticed any issues with that.

I have been told you still need to replace them each year even if refrigerated.

Second that, but in my experience, even when refrigerated, my reagents start acting up and get replaced at 6 months old, ymmv.
