I made a big mistake. My syrah came out very sweet.Is their any thing I can do to remove sweetness, or do I just take the loss and dump it ?
 
What was the starting sg. and finish sg. of the wine? Dont be so quick to think you need to pitch this batch if the only flaw is it tastes sweet.
