For those who have used white grape juice concentrate, for instance, to add body to your wine, do you mix in water per the instructions or just use the concentrate itself?

And for those who use concentrate to backsweeten, same question - do you reconstitute it or just use the concentrate itself?

Thanks!

You can do it either way. Diluting the concentrate will dilute your wine more, and provide less body and/or sweetness. I'd use concentrate over juice or reconstituted concentrate.

Keep in mind that the wine will may have to clear (again) if the concentrate has any solids.
