Two more Beginner Questions

After drinking a couple glasses of my wine I have the sensation that my tongue is burning or slightly blistered. The wine tastes OK
What could be wrong?

What is the difference in Social, Dinner and Dessert wines ?

Heat on the tongue usually indicates a high alcohol content.
