33 years ago, my first truck, 61' White single axle, 190 Cummins, I'm not sure if it was a job, or punishment. Now I drive 200 miles to Boston on my days off to drive for my brothers company, mostly new Freightliners with 500 HP engines, cruise, A/C, nice radio's if it wasn't for the traffic, it would be a pleasure to do. I haven't been there for 2 months now, that's the nice part, only go when I want to. Don't need the money, just keeping my skills up.

I drove a suburban back in 94. Loved it, hated it. Those Washington DC-ites in their little sporty cars were afraid of me when I "merged" into their lane. Wimps!

Nowadays with all those cool-wannabes in their SUVs.... It just doesn't have that extra something.
