I didn’t see any refermentation, but I believe I sorbated it before adding Fpac. I would have followed the directions on that, but not in a place to check my notes.

GEEK DOES THIS LOOK FAMILAR ???? I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW IT PRODUCED SO LITTLE IN VOLUME..

Joe, yes!!
I think I mentioned this a while ago, mine also produced much less than 3 gallons and I used a full bottle of súper Tuscan to top off. I’m away but could check my notes when I get back in a couple days if you remind me.

I think I m going to text this mfg. And log a complaint ,this is far from correct.one never knows.
