I have a carboy filled and just added the fining and clearings. It says 7 to 10 days before bottling. Now should I stir it each day or let it be ?

the concept of string is to provide oxygen to the yeast and get a clean fermentation. if done less that once a day, low probability but there is a risk of stuck fermentation or off odors. small chance though.
