A year ago we made a “new wine”. B B Cab, it’s 25% Blackberry, 25% Blueberry and 50% Cab. Took it out of the barrel yesterday after 6 months, WOW ! Is it good. Fruitiest Cab ever. All Home Winery concentrates. Will let it sit another 3 months then bottle. This is our first inexpensive wine to be aged in a barrel. So far great results. Roy

I mixed a little tonight and that’s a big no. Just didn’t blend well.
