That batch' of stuck fermentation, never get to 099,can get it to clear, maybe I should just pour this crap out, taste like dog pee, Plum wine I made has been the victim of put it in corner and ignore. and today I looked , it clear and doesn't taste to bad. This has been the hardest wine I have made yet. I am calling this pain in arse batch "Ex Wife" Plum Wine
 
Like I just mentioned in another thread:
Time will clear most wines, I never use any clearing/fining agents.

Remember we are winemakers, so be patient.
