Just wanted to say hi officially. I've been lurking around the forum doing some reading and studying up. Recently in last couple of weeks I was gifted a small batch kit from Master Vintner for my birthday. Actually got my first batch in the primary and all seems well.
I'm not much on words and might not have much to add to the forum but I'm glad to be a member. But maybe I can learn something new.

Welcome, still bubbling?

It's still bubbling. So far so good. The only thing that I am a little concerned about is temperature. Thermometer reads about 70 to 72. Instructions say to keep it between 72 to 77. I think it will be ok and I have it wrapped with towel.

Yeah, you're ok, just take longer at lower temp. I've heard of 60-65 before, but wouldn't advise it. 'Oh, the waiting is the hardest part'.
