I have several dry meads that have cleared nicely. I would like to sweeten some of them with honey before bottling. Anyone have experience with this, and if so how much honey should I need to add. Are there any other considerations I should be thinking about.
Thanks for the input.

I always sweeten my wines before they clear cause lots of times what we use can cause it to cloud up and then you have to wait all over again. Sweetening willvary between what personal preferance you like and what amount you have. I tend to like about 1 lb of honet per gallon heated up but not boiled by putting the conatiner open in a pot with water just below the opening until its nice and loose and then pour into some water and then added into the wine and mixed very well.
