Anyone made sweetcorn wine or have a recipe? Is it possible? A little late for sweet corn here but was just a thought

Ive seen recipes using dried cracked corn but not fresh sweet corn.. Search google and other wine making sites.

try jackkeller site or google (corn wine) and go to jack kellers corn wine 2.
i haven't tried this yet, as my corn was all gone before i found the recipe.

Corn Wine ? ! ? !

I have quite a few corn cobs slowly drying on the plants, please tell me more about using corn. I've just spotted the thread further down the page. Cheers, Tony.
