Okay my general problem is that I want to back sweeten some apple wine. I have potassium meta bisulphite but the recipe calls for .67 grams per gallon. I don't have the equpment to measure that small; anyone give me a volume amount?

First, does it give a dosage on the package that the K-meta came in?

Second, before backsweetening add potassium sorbate to prevent re-fermentation. K-meta does stop re-ferm.

I agree with CPFAN add some sorbate to prevent re-fermentation but also
add sulphite (sorbate additions need sulphite too).

What can you measure ???
2 grams ??
If so measure 2 grams and divide it into quarters and take a bit more as
one quart.
