One of my books says that Super Kleer sells two different formulas, one for reds and another for whites. I can only find one kind of Super Kleer. Is my book just out of date?
I know it is just pre-measured chitosan & kieselsol. Iverson, in "Home Winemaking Step by Step" says that the ratio is different for reds versus whites.
Thats interesting as I have never seen it sold that way. I wonder what the different amounts are for each one they are talking about. Honestly I wouldn't slave over it too much and just use whatever your supplier has.
